Use the contact form on this website. That opens a support request on your account so we can match it to your order.
Account details you give us: name, email address, and a password you choose. A mobile number if you ask us to text an install link.
Order details: the plan, destination, price, payment status, and the eSim needed to install the service.
Support messages you send us, so we can reply.
Technical details needed to run the shop: sign-in cookies, the currency you chose, and a random visitor identifier used to count public page views.
If you accept analytics, we also store campaign tags from the link you followed and named product events such as a plan view.
We never store a card number, PIN, or PUK.
We need an email address and payment confirmation to create the account and deliver the eSim. Without them we cannot complete the order.
We keep certain order records because tax and accounting law requires it, even if you later close the account.
Give us accurate details. Do not create an account with someone else’s email address.
Do not send a card number or a one-time password in a support message.
Most data comes from you: the account form, checkout, and the contact form.
Payment success or failure comes from the payment service you use at checkout.
Network events that show whether the eSim has connected, and how much data is left, come from the operators that run the service.
If you reach the shop from a link with campaign tags, we store those tags only if you accept analytics.
We use personal data only for the purposes below, and only on the lawful bases that apply.
Creating and securing the account.
Taking payment, delivering the eSim, showing install details, top-ups, and subscriptions you asked for.
Sending receipts and service messages about the order.
Handling a support request you opened.
Keeping records of sales for tax and accounting.
Responding to a lawful request from a court, a regulator, or a law-enforcement body.
Keeping the shop secure, preventing fraud, and reviewing how the service is used in aggregate.
Improving coverage, pricing, and help articles, using information that does not identify you where we can.
You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Use the contact form or the privacy centre.
Campaign tags and named product events on public shop pages, only if you accept them in the cookie banner. Counting public page views does not need that choice. We do not run either on checkout, order, account, eSim, or support pages.
Optional SMS with an install link, only if you give us a number for that purpose.
You can withdraw consent at any time with the cookie settings control or by editing the account. Withdrawal does not affect processing already completed.
We share personal data with service providers who help us run the shop, take payment, send email or SMS, host the service, and deliver the eSim. They may only use the data to provide that service to us.
We do not sell your personal data.
We may share data if the law requires it, or if we transfer the business to another company that continues the same service under this policy.
Some service providers store or access data outside the UK and the EEA. Where that happens we use a lawful transfer tool, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses, together with the security measures described below.
You can ask us for more detail about a transfer through the contact form.
You can access the personal data we hold, correct it, export it, restrict it, object to certain processing, and ask us to delete it, subject to the records we must keep for tax.
Use the privacy centre in your account to export or delete the account, or use the contact form.
You can withdraw consent for campaign tags and named product events from the cookie settings control at the bottom of every page. Public page-view counts continue.
If you are not satisfied, contact us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK (ico.org.uk), or to the data-protection authority in the country where you live or work.
Account details stay while the account is open. If you delete the account we remove the email address and keep order records we need for tax.
Support requests stay while they are needed to finish the request, then follow the same account rules.
Public page-view counts, session summaries, and named analytics records are deleted 400 days after they are stored.
We may keep information for longer if a dispute, a chargeback, or the law requires it.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and staff permissions so that only people who need personal data to do their job can see it. Revealing an email address or an install code inside the company is recorded.
No method of transmission is completely secure. Tell us at once if you think the account has been used without your permission.
If you are a resident of California or of another US state with a similar law, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to access it, to delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing for cross-context advertising.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than delivering the eSim and running the account.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Use the privacy centre or the contact form. We will verify the request against the email address on the account.
We may change this policy. The date on the page is the version that applies. A material change will be shown on this page before it takes effect for new processing.
