When will I receive my eSim?

Installing

As soon as payment succeeds, the eSim is on your account. Open My eSims and choose Install. You do not wait for a plastic card in the post.

Install it over Wi-Fi before you fly. The plan does not start until the eSim connects in a country it covers.
