This cookies policy explains how DEPARTING LTD uses cookies and similar technologies on this website.
It should be read with the privacy policy. It applies to anyone who visits the shop, whether or not they create an account.
We use cookies that are necessary to run the shop, cookies that remember a preference such as currency, and cookies that count public page views.
If you accept analytics we also store campaign tags and named product events. You can change that choice at any time with the cookie settings control at the bottom of every page.
We do not use cookies to sell your data, and we do not count visits or send events on checkout, order, account, eSim, or support pages.
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. They are widely used so that sites can work, remember choices, and understand how people use the pages.
Some cookies are deleted when you close the browser (session cookies). Others stay until they expire or you delete them (persistent cookies).
Similar technologies, such as local storage in the browser, can play the same role. In this policy, “cookies” includes those technologies.
To keep you signed in and to know that a page should show an account menu.
To remember the currency you chose.
To keep the shop secure and to complete checkout.
To count public page views, sessions, device class, and entry pages so we can improve the shop. Those records do not include your name or email address, and they are deleted after 400 days.
If you accept analytics, to store campaign tags and named product events from public pages. Those records are also deleted after 400 days.
Websites commonly group cookies into four types. We use the first three. We do not use the fourth to advertise to you on other sites.
Necessary cookies: required for the shop to work, including counting public page views. They cannot be switched off from our banner.
Preference cookies: remember choices such as currency.
Statistics cookies: campaign tags and named product events, only with your consent.
Marketing cookies: used by some sites to show advertising. We do not use cookies to advertise to you on other websites.
First-party cookies are set by this website.
They include a sign-in cookie that only the server can read, a hint that tells the page you are signed in, and a cookie that stores the currency you chose.
They also include dm-vid, a random visitor identifier kept for one year, and dm-sess, a 30-minute session cookie. The server sets both so we can count public page views. They do not store your name or email address.
If you accept analytics, the browser also stores campaign tags from the link you followed. That storage stays on your device and is sent only with named events from public shop pages.
Third-party cookies are set by a domain other than the one in the address bar. They are common for payments, maps, and embedded content.
When you pay, the payment page may set its own cookies so that the card details never reach our servers.
We do not load advertising networks on this website. We do not allow third parties to set cookies on checkout, order, account, eSim, or support pages for analytics.
When you first visit, you can accept campaign tags and named product events, or continue with necessary cookies only.
You can change that choice at any time with the cookie settings control at the bottom of every page. Refusing does not stop public page-view counts and does not affect your ability to buy a plan.
Necessary and preference cookies are used so the shop can function, including visit counts. Campaign tags are stored only after you accept.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies from the settings menu. If you block all cookies, sign-in and checkout may not work.
Deleting cookies from the browser also clears the sign-in hint, the currency you chose, and the visit-count cookies. You can choose a currency again on the next visit.
Questions about cookies can be sent through the contact form.
